What We Cover
- Structural defects in weaving, stitching, or finishing
- The yarn used in the rug or textile is not as per the approved order
- The dimensions or shape of the delivered product is not as per the approved order
We offer a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials under normal residential use.
What’s Not Covered
- Natural variations in colour, texture, or weave inherent to handmade products
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Damage caused by improper cleaning, moisture, sunlight exposure, pets, or accidents
- Shedding, fading, or slight irregularities that are characteristic of natural fibres and handcrafted rugs
- Damage resulting from incorrect storage or handling
Any concerns regarding your purchase must be communicated within 7 days of delivery, along with proof of purchase and supporting photographs where applicable.
